  Friday Folk Night

Friday Folk Night (Sanderson Hall, St. Paul’s United Church, 30 Main St. South, Brampton, Ont.) 7:30 p.m. – Coffee-House style folk music concert. Tonight: “Frost and Fire” - A Celtic Christmas with Rant Maggie Rant. You’ll want to buy your tickets early for this one, as we welcome back this brilliant Celtic group, and their amazing Celtic interpretations of seasonal pieces. This Stratford based group smashed records for us four years ago when they last entertained us. Their Celtic fusion instrumentation includes fiddle, guitar, recorder, and percussion as they celebrate the joy of the season with an unforgettable evening of “Frost and Fire”. Opening act: Triangl. Tickets ($18 for adults, $15 for students and seniors) are available at the door, at the St. Paul’s church office, or through reservations by calling 647-BFF-FOLK (647-233-3655), or by emailing info@bramptonfolk.ca. Tickets are also available for $18 through the City Theatre Box Office (905-874-2800). For more information, please visit http://www.bramptonfolk.ca.
