Welcome to our website!
The Brampton Folk Club is a non-profit community organization whose purpose is the following:
- To promote and encourage folk music in the Brampton area.
- To provide a forum for musicians to develop their skills in performing folk music.
- To provide as a resource to the city a talent pool for entertaining at community and charitable functions.
Our next monthly folk club meeting will, be held on May 5th at the Snelgrove Community Centre, 11692 Hurontario St, Brampton, just south of Mayfield Road on the west side next to McDonald's. Click here for our 2025 meeting dates.
Our next Friday Folk Night Concert will be on April 25th. This special double bill concert is entitled "Songs, Stories and Harmonies", and will feature Jory Nash and Kennedy Road. Click here for details!
Our next Online Open Mic over Zoom will be May 2nd, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with sign-up starting at 7:00 p.m. Format is 2 song mini-sets. All styles of acoustic music are welcome.
