Welcome to our website!
The Brampton Folk Club is a non-profit community organization whose purpose is the following:
- To promote and encourage folk music in the Brampton area.
- To provide a forum for musicians to develop their skills in performing folk music.
- To provide as a resource to the city a talent pool for entertaining at community and charitable functions.
Our monthly folk club meetings will now be hold on January 6th at the Snelgrove Community Centre, 11692 Hurontario St, Brampton, just south of Mayfield Road on the west side next to McDonald's. Click here for our 2025 meeting dates.
Our next Friday Folk Night Concert will feature the fun bluegrass band The Tone Rangers on January 24th. Check out our full 20th season here!
Our next concert at PAMA (Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives) will be on Thursday January 16th from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. “All Aboard! A Musical Travelogue” will be a special double bill featuring Sandy Harron and Mike Gauthier. Mike and Sandy will perform original and well-known songs about places near and far as they take us on a fascinating musical journey. Click here for details!
Our next Open Mic at Gallery 35 will be on January 31st.. Our Open Mics run from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with sign-up starting at 7 :00 p.m. Format is 2 song mini-sets.
